We are proud to release the EFR Plug and Play kits for the stock manifold KKK housings on the original 20vt engines. Our clever housing adapters make it possible to put these state of the art turbochargers onto stock, rs2 or Wagner rs2 EVO manifolds for the best turbo technology possible. Available in 3 sizes, these turbos have 400-550 hp ranges covered. We recommend using the fantastic Bypass Valve integrated into the turbo, and blocking off the failure prone bypass in the intake. The N75 boost solenoid provided with all EFR turbos is very nice as well, though it does have a different calibration than the OEM n75.
The EFR turbochargers are unique because of their Titanium Aluminide Turbine wheels that give unmatched response. Our most common feedback from customers is how impressive they are off boost and also how quickly they boost recover.
These kits are made to order. Borg Warner supply sometimes is hit and miss. For this reason please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

EFR turbocharger(6258, 6758 or 7163)
Stainless adapter for mounting EFR to factory manifold
Oil lines for plug and play routing to the factory pickup and return
Water lines for plug and play routing to the factory pickup and return. All fittings included, Feed and Drain line gaskets not included
Stainless Downpipe with stock wastegate tie in, 304 Stainless construction and a stout flex coupler. Ask for additional flange outlet if desired. Note in order.
EFR to KKK adapter and clamps
Software, injectors or bigger MAF where applicable.
On well prepared cars with proper setup the following can be expected on a Mustang or our dyno:
EFR6258-Full boost by 3100 rpm, 310whp on pump 91 and 400whp on e85 or race fuel
EFR6758-Full boost by 3500 rpm, 340whp on pump 91 and 450whp on e85 or race fuel
EFR7163-Full boost by 3850, 360whp on pump 91 and 495whp on e85 or race fuel
